Jazz Jennings Slays In Chiseled Figure Following Massive Weight Loss
Celebrity Youtuber and “I am Jazz” star Jazz Jennings is celebrating her weight loss milestone after shedding around 70 pounds.

Throughout the past few years, Jennings has been candid about her weight loss journey but has revealed her struggle with binge eating disorder in 2021. However, the activist is back on track as she recently shared a picture of her toned body in the midst of celebrating her weight loss success journey.
Jazz Jennings “Feels Happier and Healthier” After Losing 70 Lbs
Earlier this month, the 23-year-old TLC player took to her Instagram a transformation photo that contained an old picture of herself on one side and a new one on the other wearing a black and white tankini top and a matching skirt.
In the caption, she wrote how happy she has become after years. While also admitting that she has a long way to go in her weight loss journey, she said she is happy for finally “taking the necessary steps towards bettering her body, mind, and spirit.
“As many of you have noticed, I have gained a substantial amount of weight over the past few years, “ she wrote on her Instagram account back in June 2021. In that post, she also hinted at her food addiction by jotting down how her binge eating habits and increased appetite caused by medications she was on had resulted in her eating nonstop, causing a whopping increase in her total body weight in 2 years. As per her caption, she gained more than 100 pounds in as little as 2 years.
She added at the time that she was willing to change her ways by “turning over a new leaf” but according to her, she was “running out of trees.” However, she had the willingness to take the initiative to create positive changes in her body and mind. She further added that she was blessed with a wonderful professional team and family who keep supporting her, but she was also aware of the fact that for her betterment, more than anyone, she will have to stay committed. “At the end of the day, I have the power to lose the weight,” she added. Months after the confrontation, she disclosed the severe mental health issues that she experienced in 2019 on her TLC docuseries, I am Jazz.

During a November 2021 episode, Jennings said that it was hard for her to do the things that she used to do effortlessly before gaining weight. Moreover, in that show, she recalled how her family used to fat-shame her. She further added that their words used to make her feel “humiliated.”
Weeks later, the LGBTQIA+ activist said in an interview that although people used to body-shame her, she felt beautiful in every shape and size. “I love my body, however, it is, but I will say that I will still try to lose weight for health reasons. In that particular interview, she admitted that she wasn’t feeling good with her current food habit, and therefore, she had to alter it. “I am working on losing weight as I want more me and the healthier version of myself.”
The saga came into the limelight in 2015 when her talk show premiered on TLC which documented her childhood and her experiences after coming out as a transgender. Jennings underwent the transformation surgery in 2019.
