Kate Middleton Looks Ravishing In An All-red Cape Dress for Start of South Korean State Visit

Kate Middleton looked glamorous and elegant in a red coatdress that seemed to be a Catherine Walker piece. Kate re-wore this dress as she was seen wearing it in 2021 as per Elle. To mark this occasion, Kate layered the red dress with a long cape coat that had a statement bow closure on the front. Both the layers were in exactly the same shade of red.

To complete the monochromatic look, Kate wore a red wide-brim hat, crimson pointed-toe suede pumps from Gianvito Rossi, and a red rectangular bow-trimmed bag from Miu Miu.

In her all-red cape dress, Kate Middleton made a striking statement at the event, showing off her classic beauty and perfect style. For the jewelry option, the Princess of Wales(1) wore a sapphire and diamond ring and matching sapphire and diamond drop earrings from Princess Diana’s collection.  

Princess Kate joined her husband Prince William, King Charles III, and Queen Camilla in welcoming the president of South Korea – Yoon Suk Yeol, and South Korea’s first Lady – Kim Keon Hee for the ceremony at London’s Horse Guards Parade ground. 

Middleton wore a black version of the same red bow coatdress to Prince Philip’s funeral in 2021 and she wore the same dress to the late Queen Elizabeth II ahead of her funeral in 2022.
