Sarah Amelia Fogg, the owner of brow brand Brows By Sarah, noted that Kate’s eyebrows “are her best feature.” 

“The best thing about brow lamination is how natural it looks. I always recommend sticking with a natural-looking brow shape as these tend to be the most flattering,” Sarah remarks, adding that she also sees a subtle ombre effect across Kate’s brows as the bulbs are much more pigmented than the tails.

Kate also always keeps her eye makeup minimal. All you might need to emulate her eyes would be a black eyeliner pencil and a thick smudge brush.

“Reach for a cream or liquid blush such as Nars or Glossier Cloud Paint to pat across the cheeks and bridge of the nose for a natural, flushed-from-within glow,” she adds.
