Lindsay Hubbard Shares Dating Update Following Split From Carl Radke

Lindsay Hubbard, 37 recently opened up about her side of the story on this week’s “Housewives Nightcap” episode. She shared some of the unknown facts about her split from Carl Radke, who called off the engagement just months before the big day.

It’s no secret that 2023 was quite the rollercoaster for the reality TV star as she kicked off the year on a high note as she prepared to share her wedding vows with her boyfriend, Carl Radke. The couple got engaged in August 2022, and a wedding was planned to take place in November 2023. However, to her surprise, Radke called off the engagement just months before the wedding. 

“It was not my decision,” she wrote in an Instagram post adding, “I do not agree with ending a relationship at that point without typing the best to make it work. I have trying to find my own closure and peace for the past few weeks.” She then continued to express her gratitude towards her friend who helped her “picking up the pieces of my heart and life every day” since the fallout. 

Now, almost six months after the breakup, Lindsay is getting prepared to make the most out of her career while also reentering the dating scene. In a recent episode of the reality TV show, Lindsay admitted to being in a relationship and said that most of her dates have occurred in Nashville, where the public relations specialist recently purchased an investment property. Lindsay told the outlet that she is a “hopeless romantic” who isn’t focusing on getting into a relationship with someone and starting all over again instead of returning to the woman she used to be. 

At one point in the interview, she revealed that there were times when she lost parts of herself being in a relationship with Radke. “I am a very free-spirited person who loves to laugh and giggle all the time.  But I lost my spirit.    

She further added that her idea of success had evolved over the past few months and she believes that it will continue to shift drastically over the coming months. 

“I’m pivoting my individual success, so if I’m focusing more on marriage and kids, then maybe the universe wants something else for me,” she said explaining that the universe might have a different plan for her where she might run her own show and build financial success. To be frank, I am grateful that the universe stepped in. 

As optimistic as she is, the television personality said that a lot was happening in her life and that she believed her future would be so much brighter. 

In another statement earlier this year, Lindsay said she was “really busy at the moment,” and that she was also “so much focused.” 

According to Lindsay, her life is about to take a very different direction this year and she credits whatever happened last year for the current change in perceptions.

She continued, “I do not define success as engagement, marriage, and babies. If the family comes, the family comes. But that’s not who I am. I am a very hard-working, strong-minded, and strong-willed girl. So for me, it is hopefully to find a healthy relationship with a compatible person.”
