Nicki Nicole’s IG Story Hints At Breakup With Peso Pluma

Argentine singer Nicki Nicole’s recent message on Instagram suggests that she and her boyfriend Peso Pluma have parted ways. Even though she didn’t reveal it explicitly, her post came up shortly after a video of Peso with another woman surfaced online.

Nicki Nicole And Peso Pluma Relationship

Nicki Nicole, a 23-year-old pop singer and rapper from Argentina has been in a thick relationship with Peso Pluma, a rapper from Mexico, since last fall. Nicki is best known for her several hit songs in Argentina. 

The two stars started dating after their collaboration on a song together called “Por Las Noches.” They were spotted together happy, sharing loving moments, and exploring red carpets together, sharing possibilities of working together on more music projects as a couple. 

How Did Nicki Nicole Hint About The Breakup?

On 13th February, Tuesday, Nicki Nicole shared a blunt statement on her Instagram Story in Spanish which translated “Respect is a necessary part of love. What is loved is respected. What is respected is cared for.” Nicki revealed that she does not stay where there is not care for and there is no respect she does not stay there, rather she prefers to leave. 

Interestingly, even if she didn’t name Peso Pluma directly, she hinted the message was about the fall of her relationship. Nicki Nicole said she was despondent when she found out about the breakup as her fans did.

The Video That Triggered The Breakup

Last weekend, the video spread on social media showing Peso Pluma passing through Las Vegas holding hands with an unidentified woman during Super Bowl events. In another video, they were seen sitting close together at a casino table, sharing laughter and flattery. 

Evidently, it seems Peso Pluma was getting cozy with the woman publicly, and Nicki Nicole decided to close the door. Pluma has not yet responded to the viral videos of him sharing private moments with an unidentified woman in Vegas but Nicki is pretty much sure that she is closing the chapter completely.

Previously, Nicki Nicole and Peso Pluma spotted each other very happy for about six months since they started dating last fall. The rumor of their dating first came up after finding them being affectionate backstage at an awards show. Thereafter, they have been appearing publicly on several occasions as a couple.

They attended many interviews together gushing about each other and talking excitedly about joining together to make more music. A few weeks ago, while they were attending the Grammy Awards ceremony on February 4th Peso Pluma revealed his gratitude for Nicki for her support. Pluma received the best Musica Mexica album for Genesis there. Later, the couple were spotted at a basketball game in Los Angeles.

The breakup seems to be all of a sudden based on their reactions. But if the split was triggered by the unfaithfulness of Peso Pluma Nicki Nicole’s decision to make such a firm statement about leaving is justifiable.

Even though neither of them has officially confirmed their breakup Nicki Nicole’s message followed by Peso’s actions definitely suggest a probable end to their romantic relationship.
