Venessa Hudgens Flaunts Her Baby Bump On Oscars Red Carpet

Venessa Hudgens snuck a surprise for the audience on the Oscars red carpet last day. Vanessa Hudgens showed off her growing baby belly while walking the red carpet at the Oscars in Los Angeles. The High School Musical actress appeared to confirm her pregnancy while wearing all black. She would give birth to her first kid with her husband, Major League Baseball outfielder Cole Tucker.

Hudgens Outshined In All-Black Look

Hudgens wore an all-black ensemble for the event, selecting a figure-hugging dress with long sleeves and a turtleneck that accentuated her baby bump. Her all-white manicure, a delicate diamond necklace, matching earrings, and a few rings completed the ensemble. Hudgens chose detailed makeup with winged eyes and nude lips. Her black wavy locks were tied up in a half ponytail look. 

Hudgens co-hosted ABC’s official preshow red-carpet coverage along with Julianne Hough. She made her third consecutive entry as the host of the pre-show after 2022 and 2023. She has posted several snaps from the event on her Instagram page. Recently, two different posts with multiple images were posted by Venessa. 

In the first post, Venessa was seen posing with a black sipper bottle leaving her waves framing her face. In the next two pictures, she was spotted flaunting her baby bump in two different poses. All the pictures were taken from the red carpet with the Oscars in the background. She shared her gratitude to the ABC network and The Academy for having her as the host through the caption. She also mentioned that she was having the best time on the red carpet.
  The second post consisted of six different pictures of the mom-to-be flaunting the baby bump. Venessa was seen as happy and charming in all the pictures. She captioned the post,  Oscar’s 2024! One for the books She has also shared a picture with “The Rock” on her Instagram story.

Venesa Awaiting Her First Baby

Venessa is awaiting her first baby with her husband Cole Tucker. The couple has been dating for over three years. Hudgens married Cole Tucker in Tulum, Mexico in December 2023. The previous year, Hudgens shared in an interview that her husband proposed to her with an emerald-cut ring. She hadn’t anticipated the proposal to go as planned. She said that she was extremely surprised. Venessa said that even though they had discussed it, she didn’t expect it to be the way it happened. She admitted that the moment caught her off guard, bawling her eyes out.

The pair were initially connected in November 2020 when they were seen together at the Canyon Country Store for supper in Los Angeles. The rumors spread instantly as Hudgens was spotted hand-in-hand with Cole soon after she posted an image on Instagram with the caption, date night. The couple didn’t make a big deal out of their relationship at first, but they soon made their romance public. Hudgens and Tucker decided to make their relationship on Instagram official on Valentine’s Day, 2021. They later made their red carpet debut at the Tick, Tick… Boom! premiere in November 2021.

Later, in a 2023 interview, Venessa admitted that she knew Tucker was “the one” soon after their first weekend together. She said that she called her sister and said that she thought she fought her husband after the date. Hudgens disclosed that she and Tucker got to know each other through a Zoom meditation group initiated by one of her friends.

On the March 6 episode of the She Pivots podcast, Venessa expressed her frustration and distrust as she encountered the pregnancy speculations as she posted her bachelorette pictures on Instagram. She stated that she experienced the public disrespectfully asserting their opinions on her. The incident occurred last October when she shared a video of herself, which received numerous comments mentioning she was pregnant.
