At the 66th Grammy Awards, celebrities are making headlines for different things, such as their songs, their nominations, and their fashion. When it comes to fashion, Miley Cyrus is never going to compromise and the icon used the opportunity to put forward this statement by wearing a see-through custom-made dress, fully made of safety pins.

Miley Cyrus Takes Fashion To Next Level, Says She Is Inspired By Dolly Patron

The “Flowers” singer, 31, came in at the Grammys 2024 red carpet like a wrecking ball and that was some serious show-stopping moment. Besides emphasizing her physical features, the bold gold dress also showed a lot of skin and she proudly wore it with sky-high balayage hair. 

Nearly 90 percent of her skin was visible through the mesh gown, with only her breasts and waist covered with metals. 

The sensational singer is said to be inspired by Madonna’s iconic con bra paired with her custom Maison Margiela look, which was made entirely from safety pins, specifically those that come in gold color. It seems that the Grammy winner has also taken some inspiration from her godmother, Dolly Patron as her hair appears to be styled in a sky-high fashion, which is the signature hairdo of Patron. 

She further let her dress do the talking by following a no-accessory fashion but topped her golden girl theme ensemble with gold Tabi heels. The singer who arrived on the red carpet alone was followed by her mom Tish and sister Brandi.

However, her fans were expecting her to make a couple-entry with boyfriend, Maxx Morando, 25, who the pop star began dating in 2021 after the duo went on a blind date.

Cyrus had previously been romantically involved with numerous celebrities including “The Hills: New Beginning” alum Kaitlyn Carter, the “Teen Wolf and Jane the Virgin” star Tyler Posey, fellow Disney Channel star Dylan Sprouse, Nick Jonas, the Billy Ray Cyrus reality show contestant, Justin Gaston, Liam Hemsworth, the music star attuned California governor Patrick Schwarzenegger, model Stella Maxwell, and Australian musician Cody Simpson. 

Although all of her past relationships were quite public, the one with Cody Simpson was more famous than the others. Shortly after her fling with Kaitlymn Carter, she quickly jumped into a romance with Simpson, Gigi Hadid’s ex. The pair officialized their relationship in October 2019, after the two were spotted making out on an acai bowl date. Just a few weeks later, they showed up with a series of NSFW photos. Unlike her other relationships, her fans speculated that would end in a marriage, as the two were seen attending family functions together, and even got matching tattoos. However, their romantic relationship only lasted for a year as the two announced their breakup in August 2020. 

During an appearance on “The Kyle & Jackie O Show|” Simpson cited the grounds of their break up as “circumstances.”

“It was a mutual decision,” he said. According to the musician, they decided after they realized they both were “going in different directions.” He further added that he was planning to return to Australia to focus more on his music career. “It was kind of a fork in a road kind of scenario,” he said referring to Cyrus’s plans to go on the tour.”
