You’re Not Getting Enough Protein

If your body is not getting enough protein, the body will try to conserve it wherever it can. One of the ways in which the body can conserve protein is by halting hair growth.

A couple of months after this, the hair will start to fall out. Including more protein in your diet will help you reduce hair fall naturally.

Not Paying Proper Attention To Your Hair

People don’t always take proper care of their hair. You use shampoos and other hair products with harsh chemicals, parabens, and sulfates which will make the hair dry and brittle.
